A three-part branch system — Check-In, Counter and Management — that moves customers smoothly from the door to the teller. Launched across 40+ branches in Papua New Guinea, then rolled out to 20+ in Fiji and on to Solomon Islands, Samoa, Tonga, Vanuatu and the Cook Islands.

A secure Android and iOS app that puts critical healthcare documents in staff hands — organised into Clinical, Public Health and Dental categories, fully searchable, and available offline. Hosted on Defiant's own cloud servers with encryption, automatic backups and role-based access for administrators and staff.

A consumer-enforcement Android app that lets MTED inspectors carry out retail inspections and monitor prices across Tonga — since expanded to the outer islands, extending coverage and making enforcement more efficient.

Native Android and iOS apps that bring USP's Waka Moana document platform to mobile. Administrators, registered users and guests can browse, search and download documents on the go, while admins manage uploads and categories and track engagement through an analytics dashboard with weekly email reports.

Rowena Financial Services — Remittance Platform

A secure cloud platform for a Pacific money remittance provider. It auto-fills remittance and compliance forms from saved customer records to cut data-entry errors, manages customer profiles and ID documents, and generates the seven required regulatory reports on demand for the Reserve Bank — backed by real-time dashboards, role-based access and a full audit trail.
